Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • We collect and process your personal data in the performance of a contract or to provide a support service to you as a client/beneficiary with your consent.

  • We collect and process your personal data in the performance of an NHS contract to provide a support service to you as a client/beneficiary under legitimate interest. We collect and store your personal data as part of our legal obligation for business accounting and tax purposes.

We use the information that you have given us to assess the correct level of support and if any referrals are required to a statutory agency, e.g. NHS Op Courage.

How We Store Your Personal Information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep all information electronically via a secure server, which is password-protected and cannot be accessed remotely.

We store any paper-based data in a locked metal filing cabinet. This is then securely destroyed when no longer required or we receive a request to destroy this data. All data is kept for a minimum of 6 years plus the current year. We will then dispose of your electronic information via our IT support. All paper-based data will be securely destroyed.
